Twitch

Iedereen weet ondertussen dat je van veel computeren en muizen RSI kan krijgen! (nix nieuws dacht ik zo!) Maar goed, er is nu een handige programma genaamd Twitch.
Deze programma waarschuwt je met een pop-up venster, dat je krijgt als je langer dan de van te voren ingestelde tijd met de muis werkt, om de muis gedurende een van te voren ingestelde tijd? los te moeten? laten. Erg handig als je niet weet waneer je moet stoppen!! ;)
Je moet natuurlijk wel even de juiste tijd instellen als je het programma installeerd, dat neemt nog niet eens 1 minuut in beslag!
(Volgens de rsi-vereniging.nl moet je om de 2 uur een pauze hebben van 10 minuten. Probeer je hieraan te houden!!
Twitch werkt trouwens niet als je aan gamen bent!!
