I don?t know about you, but as far as I am concerned the most annoying thing about re-installing Windows (or getting a new computer) is backing up and transferring email and Firefox bookmarks and saved passwords! The last thing is very annoying, cauze we all have a lot of password to remember!
Well, if your using Mozilla based engines you are now in luck as there is a very small and easy to use application that can create backups for the different profiles in Firefox, Thunderbird, Seamonkey web browser, Mozilla Suite and Netscape.
MozBackup allows you to backup and restore bookmarks, mail, contacts, history, extensions, cache etc.

How it works? Instal MozBackup, run it and click “Next”. Choose what you want to do Backup a profile or Restore a profile followed by choosing your application (Firefox, Thunderbird) and click next. Now select the profile you want to back up, and select the location of the backup fille followed by clicking “Next”, Here you’ll be promped if you want ti password-protect the backup file. Now select the details you want to backup and click next and wola the backup is created! ;)

Ps: If you want to change the language click here and download your language, extract. Copy the “Default.lng” file to the installation folder and Replace when prompted. (C:\Program Files\MozBackup)

OS: Windows ALL
Language: English, Dutch, Swedish, Danish and many more!
Licence: Freeware
Version: 1.4.6
Download size: 1 MB
Download MozBackup: Click?

So here is your Mozbackup. The reason I haven’t wanted to delete Firefox completely and reinstall is because of the passwords and bookmarks. I’m now going to install it.
