This is a follow up of the movie 28 Days Later… In this part called 28 Weeks Later the story continues six months after where it was ended in 28 Days Later… By now everything is dead in Britain and the US Army declares that the war against the virus had been won and so they start with reconstruction of the country! Not knowing that the virus isn’t dead yet! With the first wave of refugees who can return to the city, a family is reunited. Don (Robert Carlyle) meets his kids, Tammy (Imogen Poots) and Andy (Mackintosh Muggleton). There mom has been killed by the virus and the kids just want to have a picture of there mom.. But there old house is outside the city and it’s in the danger zone! So the kids escape and go to there old house and find there mom over there.. She isn’t dead and she carries the virus.. The US army takes her to the safety zone to do some researches on her.. Cause the virus she’s caring is just different from which they have seen in the past weeks! Scarlet (Rose Byrne) thinks that she might be the cure to the virus!

Then Don comes in to see his wife (which he had left to die!) and she bites him, and so the “zombies” are back in the town! The US army gives out Code RED and has no other choice to kill everyone! But Scarlet is determined to save Andy and Tammy cause they might have the same blood as there mother!

This movie is a little bit better than the first part, the story isn’t that bad, but I had expected another end! Cause this way we can expect the third part of this movie which will be probably called: 28 months later… :???:
