Mr. Brooks (Kevin Costner) is just a normal man.. He has his own company, he’s successful, got a nice wife and a daughter. But he has a very big secret..He is addicted uhm.. no he has this sickness that he like killing people and is now a serial killer who’s very dangerously and clever that the police has never got a chance to get him… Actually he doesn’t like to kill, and he wants to stop with killing.. but his alter ego Marshall (William Hurt) loves the thrill and doesn’t want that Mr.Brooks stops killing.

By now he hasn’t killed anyone for about 2 years, and Marshall wants to kill a couple. After Marshall talk’s Mr. Brooks into that he has to kill the couple, Mr. Brooks doesn’t have any choice but to kill the couple! When he kill that couple, an amateur photographer witnesses the crime and contacts Mr. Brooks.

The photographer named Mr. Smith (Dane Cook) has pictures of Mr. Brooks at the crime scene. Mr. Smith wants only one thing, and that’s to see how Mr. Brooks kills. Mr. Brooks hasn’t any choice and says yes to him. Mr. Brooks finds out that he must come up with a very clever plan to take out Mr. Smith, the detective Tracy Atwood (Demi Moore) who’s after him. This is the best solution for him to stop killing!

Suddenly he also finds out that his daughter has the same addiction/sickness and that she has killed someone at her school. And he wants to make sure that his daughter doesn’t get caught! So pretty much to take care off!

This is a great movie.. The acting is very good and so is the story! The story has many twists and turns so you never know what will happen! A great movie which I recommend to everyone!
