Taking frequent computer breaks can save you from a debilitating repetitive strain injury, better known as RSI! However, you probably get caught up in your work and forget to take breaks as often as you should! In case to make sure you get enough breaks AND excersies then is Workrave the perfect answer for you!

Workrave is a program that assists in the recovery and prevention of Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI). The program frequently alerts you to take micro-pauses, rest breaks and restricts you to your daily limit. It’s a small program, so when the download is finished, just install the program, check and adjust the configuration to your needs and that’s it! If you don’t know the time intervals for the breaks, you can check this website! I like this program a lot, cause not only it tells you to stop, but in the break it shows you some exercises which you can do in your break! Very handy!
