I heard a lot that some or people have to turn there Num Lock keys on everytime they start up there computer. Personally I don’t have that problem! When I turn it on it stays on forever! But there’s a way to set your Num Lock to stay on by default when you logon your system. There are two different techniques to set Num Lock stay on by default.

On January the 4th of 2007 Jannie and me moved in together. For about 5 months we lived in another house in Veldhoven and since June 2007 we’re living in our new home in Eindhoven. (yeah the house that we worked so hard on!) So today is our one year anniversary of living together. In windows environment, the Send To command is used to transfer files from one location to different locations. By using this command, a user can quickly send his file between default destinations (default lists in Send To menu, for example Desktop, CD/DVD Drive, My Documents, Mail Recipient and Floppy Drive). We all had to restart Windows for a thousand times, but do you know that you can do it even more faster?? How? Just by creating a shortcut with following paths!(Assume you installed Windows XP on your C: Partition)
c:\windows\system32\shutdown.exe -r -f -t 00
Here a little explanation for the path!

-r is for restarting the computer.
-f is to force close all programs without saving.
-t 00 is used to restart in zero seconds. i.e. as soon as you do.

You can log off from a Windows XP Professional or Home edition by running
C:\windows\system32\shutdown.exe -l …

Microsoft denies that booting Windows off a USB drive works. See this page for example. It says:
