How Was Your Weekend?

Posted By: Monday 3 March 2008 4 Comments

Damn, it’s Monday again and that means: The end of weekend and for some of us this also means that we have to go to our work or school!

But how was your weekend? I loved mine!! You see, this days I work at an internship company from 09:00 am till 17:30 and on Fridays I start at 08:30 till 17:00! So when I’m finished I’ll go home, have something to eat, take some rest till 18:30 and then I’ll head up to Eindhoven Airport where I have to begin working from 19:00 till 22:00. So usually my weekend starts at Friday 22:30!

So Friday when I was home around 22:30, I grabbed a cold glass of beer and had a chat with Jannie and my little sister Fagteh who was staying at our house, after some hours we all went to bed, cause damn.. we all were soo tired!

Saturday the 3 of us went to the city in search of a good laptop for Fagteh. After spending some time she decided to buy it in this shop called BCC. At that time it was crowded as hell in BCC so it took us a long time before we actually could buy the laptop. After having a little snack, we headed back home, and meanwhile we stopped at a supermarket, cause we still needed to do some shopping for the diner which we had planned for our families the same night.

When we came back home, I helped Fagteh with Configuring, installing Windows on her brand new Acer laptop. This was my first time using Windows Vista, and I’ve got to say: It looks pretty good and it runs smooth!! Maybe I’ll upgrade to Windows Vista soon..
In the mean time Jannie was already busy with cocking, and I helped her whenever she needed my help and made sure that everything was ready before our moms would arrive! Anyway, Jannie’s mom, my mom and her husband arrived and after a chat we started with the diner! The food was delicious (as always), it was fun, we played cards and when they left, we could finally go to bed!

Damn, I loved Sunday! It was such a relax day! We did nothing but watching movies and being lazy! It was a Sunday like it should be! In the evening we headed to Jannie’s mom’s house where we had Chinese take-out.. It was around 21 o’clock when we arrived at home, and again.. we watched a movie!

So, I can tell you this: My weekend was just great, how was your weekend??
