Master Exam Update

Posted By: BioTecK on Saturday 15 March 2008 with 2 Comments

I still haven’t started recording the demonstration video which is my master exam project at my internship company. I couldn’t do this because I needed some advice of someone which has a lot of experiences with making and distributing of a demonstration video and with e-learning. Cause it’s the first time that I have to make such thing and I obviously don’t have any experience with any aspect of making a demonstration video. My boss at work knew someone with a lot of experiences with e-learning. This guy has worked for over 6 years at NS (Dutch Railways) and he was the head of the division where the made learning programs for the NS staff. So my boss had setup a meeting so I can meet him and discuss my project with him so he can give me some advice! So yesterday I met this guy and I explained my idea and how I was going to undertake this project. It was a good meeting, he listed to my story and he also gave me some good advices!

So with this conversation I now have a clear vision about the demonstration video, how it should be distribute, how it’s going to look, how I have to record it (one big video or just in small pieces), if it’s a good idea to use a background music, if it’s a good idea to distribute the demonstration video on cd/dvd etc… So next week I’ll really start with recording the demonstration video, but first I have to complete and finish my action plan among with my project budget etc… In the mean time I’ll keep you updated and wish me luck!
