Posted By: Finally the summer holiday has began! Off course it already began for me since the ending of my internship but for Jannie the summer holiday has just started! Over the last weeks she has been very busy with school work and that really paid off. Not only she has the highest scores but she also graduated for her minor “Psychology” and she did manage to get an internship for her next school year. Yep, I’m very proud of her! 
Anyway now we both have summer holiday we can actually make some plans and have a nice time. Sure we have to work a little, but then again nothing is for free! 
We have already made some plans for the summer holiday;
- My graduation
- Make a city trip to Leiden
- Graduation party
- Going to Fame the musical in our home town Eindhoven
- Going to “Phantasialand” (an amusement park) with some friends in Brühl, Germany
- Les Miserables the musical in Rotterdam
- Tarzan the musical in Scheveningen
- Our holiday to Egypt
Beside the things above which we already have booked, we’re going to do a lot of other stuff too off course such as: Going out to diner (Actually I’m on the see food diet.. I see food, I eat! 
Jep, I love food!), doing some shopping, being busy around the house, trips on the scooter, going swimming and whatever else we feel like! 
On this moment life is absolutly wonderful!

Wow, sounds like you are going to have a ball, with all those musicals you are seeing and a great holiday to Egypt! Have a great summer vacation.
Unfortunately, we are in Australia so it is our winter season down here, which means all work and no play right now

Last 2 weeks I worked for 09.30am till 11.00PM, and next comming weeks will be the same, so i’m glad that I can go on holiday at the end of august for almost 4 weeks!!

Sounds like you will have an excellent summer.
Other than your graduation (congrats) the musicals will be an awesome treat to watch and of course your holiday to Egypt.
Our plans really include, NOTHING.. It it so expensive to travel. I wanted to fly home to Seattle to visit my parents but doesn’t look like that will happen. I do think we will be taking 1 or 2 days trips to East Texas and maybe 1 overnight trip but that’s it really. My wife is a teacher so she has the entire summer off where I do not!

Hmm, I honestly don’t know about the prices in USA but I take your word for that. Besides a trip to East Texas can be a fun thing to do.. As long as you get a way for a couple of days, right?
