Yep.. It was a huge surprise for me when I saw our car covered in snow, see picture below. I mean I hadn’t watch the news the day before so I really didn’t knew about this till I opened the front door! It was a huge chaos on the road. Actually that’s nothing new, cause we’re not used to this kind of extreme weather conditions in Holland. So every time something like this happens, it’s chaos everywhere!

Our Car Covered in Snow…

There were traffic jams through whole city and it took me about 1 hour to drive from our house to Jannie’s work and another hour for me to get to work, so it was a pain in the ass! Anyway, I survived today.. Let’s see what tomorrow brings us, I hope it would be better then today!

Brrr, it looks cold. Me, I’ll rather stay here where the sun shines most days. Nice photos.

Luckily we haven’t seen snow like that in my area in the states. Snow is always pretty and sometimes fun until you see the photos of people trying to drive through it on the highway like that.

Wow, look at all that snow! It’s quite the opposite over here, red hot summer days. Hope the weather clears up for you.

Nope that’s not my real licence plate.. However I would like to have BioTecK.net as a licence plate, but that’s impossible in Holland.. :(

Nope.. It’s the same cold weather for the second day and it doesn’t seem to get any better this week John D. Damn.. I miss the sun! :(

Mate, it looks like the global warming matter has been seriously affected our daily life here. Gosh, it must be pretty tired to wipe all the snow away from the car, isn’t it?

Wow! Snow. Wish I’d see some snow in my place. The lowest temperature up here in the tropical highlands had reached only about 6 degrees (recorded in the 1960’s).

i love to look at the snow but would not like to experience it. i dread being in a very cold place. my resistance to cold is very low.

Yep, you’re right Wilson! It took me about 15 minutes to get rid of the snow! :D

Well, you should be happy Gem! The lowest about 6 degrees? :| Last week it was about -15! :(

I love the snow also, but not if I have to go to work Bingskee! I mean I would rather sit inside the house, where it’s warm, and look outside!

I am from Minnesota where it snows in the winter. A couple of inches of snow is no big deal here in this part of the country.
I spent some time in Texas and they got a couple of inches of the white fluff. They shut down almost everything and declared it an emergency.
It is interesting how things are perceived in different parts of the world.

LOL! :D Yeah, but the thing is that we don’t have such weather at all Madmouse Blog.. The last time it snowed so much was 2 or 3 years ago! :D
