Hmm, I don’t know about that Spot Cool Tech.. Let me check and see if there’s a pc version of it.

In the past I’ve used FireFTP too, but I really prefer FileZilla AxioBlogger.
About the password.. You can store and save all those info in FileZilla too!

Another FTP program. I am using fireFTP. I always run into problem using any ftp software to upload a file. I prefer the Java FTP. It makes life much easier. I don't have to know my username or password. Axioblogger´s last blog post..File Extension 3gp

LOL.. Yes Sean people still run FTP Servers! It’s still the most common way to share big files..

Hey Metallman. To be honest I haven’t heard from GoFTP till you mentioned it, so I’m not sure which is better. I might going to see and check it out.
Regarding the FileZilla, I didn’t it find it too complicated, it’s actually pretty simple to use.

Coda? I also haven’t heard from that Bulldog. As I use Wordpress and I can edit the files from the Wordpress I haven’t tried that option.. But I’ll check it out!

I used to use FileZilla and was happy with it until I discovered Coda. I'm using the trial right now and it is so nice being able to edit files right from the program without having to open them up. Hey there. I tried using Filezilla but found it too complicated. Even after entering all the info, I just couldn't get it to work. I ended up going with GoFTP. Is it better than Filezilla? I doubt it, but at least I was able to get it to work. Metallman´s last blog post..Dish Cable for Only $9.99!

Do people still run FTP servers? I haven’t used those since the early Napster days. Hey, I just checked and oth.net (ftp search) is still going! I might just try this. Or I’ll stick with the torrents.
