Little Site Update: Bye Bye Entrecard!

In case you haven’t noticed, I’ve updated the sidebar a bit again: the Entrecard widget has been removed from the sidebar.

After a long time using and having the Entrecard widget in my sidebar, I’ve decided to remove the widget from today on. The reason? Lately I just couldn’t see any real benefits of it and the traffic that stays for a couple of seconds just to click and move to the next site. Beside that, I don’t have any time for dropping.

It was pretty fun at first as I was very new to the blogging world and through Entrecard I’ve found a lot of cool blogs (which I immediately subscribed too) and a lot of cool bloggers too.. Entrecard also brought me a lot of visitors who have been turned into valuable readers/subscribers.

So thanks and no hard feelings Entrecard, it’s just that I don’t see why I should display the widget anymore! :wink:

    Entrecard has its ups and downs also but if you are enjoying entrecard you can benefit from the traffic that it brings.

But still My site at http://tashiwangdi.blogspot.com/ is running. I totally agree with your opinion about Entrecard. Best of luck for coming days.. May be ur interested in link xchange..my blog has Google page rank 2,alexa ranks improving every 2 days..don’t believe just check in once.

    Nope, I haven’t used entrecard before, and I don’t think that I will use it in the future…

    I still have my entrecard widget running, but I agree; it really has become more of an annoyance than anything. Every now and then I go and approve the ads I get, but I lost interest in dropping a long time ago; just not worth the effort.

    I appreciate the drops you left here in the past and apologise for not reciprocating more often. In fact, the very reason I dropped by was to reciprocate a drop!
