New Mission: Losing Weight!

Posted By: Wednesday 21 July 2010 2 Comments

Yeah, I got a new mission set for my self: Losing Weight! Some weeks ago Jannie and me subscribed at David Lliyod Sport & Health Center in Veldhoven (a small city nearby) and started to working out & lose weight.

At first I really didn’t knew if I were going to like it or not. Also the first couple of times were really hard for me as I was badly out of condition! I mean the last time I did anything for sport was AGES ago… When I was 16 or 17 years old! :???: *Told you: AGES ago!*

So anyway… Now a couple of weeks later and I already have LOST 9 KG’s! Yeah 9 KG’s!!! Currently I weight about 101 KG’s and I’ve received a harder schedule from the Trainer at David Llioyd!

Believe me when I say that this feels really GREAT! I feel much better now these days and receive a lot of compliments from a lot of people! So this keeps me even more motivated!!

  1. Jenny says:

Gee 9 kg is a lot. The gym is great for all sorts of things, beside losing weight. After a while you might plateau out because food is another component in weight gain AND you put muscle weight on at the gym.
But good on you and keep going!

  2. Wow your new mission looks interesting i have this 3 tips of how to lose weight and hope this will help:
