Losing Weight Update: 98.9KG!

A couple of weeks ago I wrote a post called “New Mission: Losing Weight!” where I told you about my new mission which is losing weight.
When I started with going to the gym I had a weight of 110 KG, which was too much obviously for my height! You see… I had to do something about my weight and I also wanted to live longer and therefore a healthy lifestyle is necessary. However, I knew that going to the gym wasn’t the ONLY thing I had to change and that I also needed to change my food pattern and that’s what I did!
For the last 2.5 months I’ve changed things a bit around by eating healthier, left the fatty burgers a way and went to the gym a lot! Now a couple of months later and I already have achieved a lot; in stead of weighting 110 KG’s I only weight 98.9 KG!!!
Beside my weight, I feel much better now; feeling more energetic and feeling alive! However… There’s only ONE bad side to this story: I need new cloths as they’re too large for me now!!!
And now I’m off to the gym again!!!

That’s great to hear. Are you on any weight loss pills too or just using Gym?
