We Will Rock You!!

As Christmas will be in the weekend and we already have plans for Christmas, friends coming over etc, Jannie and me decided to do something fun together. So that’s why we decided to go to a musical.

After making decision on which musical we should see we went for We Will Rock You musical. We Will Rock You (often called as WWRY) is a musical based on Queen’s greatest hits and takes place in the future where rock music is illegal. A couple of teenager try to find back rock music and they sing all kind of Queen’s songs.
So yesterday we made our way through the snowy weather to Utrecht, where the musical plays.  The musical was cool to see and almost all of Queen’s hits were played and we had a wonderful time.

When the musical was over we headed back to Eindhoven. However that was more easily said then done as we endured some heavy snowy weather.. I must admit that I liked it!

Back in Eindhoven we went to see the Glazen Huis (House Of Glass). This is an initiative where a couple of radio DJ’s from 3FM (Dutch radio station) will lock them selves in the “Glazen huis”. During their lock down they’ll not eat and mean while they’ll raise money for Red Cross with “Serious Requests” where you can request a song and make a donation.

Our day flew by real fast and therefore we ended our day with a nice diner at an Italian restaurant!
