Our Next Trip: Istanbul

Blue Mosque in Istanbul

As the title already reveals our next trip will be to Istanbul. Istanbul is the largest city in Turkey and has been on my our list to visit for a long time and now it’s our time to visit it!

So yesterday I managed to get a couple of days off at work in order to visit Istanbul. Jannie had already arranged this a couple of days earlier and so we booked our flight to Istanbul in a couple of weeks; just to be exact in about 3 weeks.

This opportunity presented it self as one of our friends is living in Istanbul temporarily as she’s doing her internship in Turkey. So this means that we can “crash” at her place and stay there for 7 days. During these 7 days we will try to look around in Istanbul and visit it’s places of interests such as the Blue Mosque, Grand Bazar, Spice Bazar, Topkapi Palace and much more!

I’m really looking forward to see Istanbul and to have a couple of days off. But we are even more looking forward to see our friend Naz!
