Last weekend there was a small Alborz reunion at our house; my cousin Kasra and his girlfriend Carmen, from Italy, came to visit us for a weekend. It was such a long time ago since we had seen them and so we were really looking forward to see them.
From left to right: Kasra, Carmen, Jannie and me
They arrived Friday at the airport and off course we picked them up. So after we got home from the airport, drinking something and making sure that Kasra and Carmen could “recover” for a while from their long… Continue reading here »»

Finally.. WEEKEND!!
After a week of working hard at the office, not being able to sleep very well and arranging everything for our wedding it’s time to relax and enjoy the weekend! So you can see that I’m glad it’s weekend again and I can catch up some sleep and spend some time with Jannie. She Said: YES!
Yep.. Jannie said yes to my proposal! So we’re engaged now! She was very surprised when I asked her. If you want to know how I asked… Continue reading here »»

Some time ago Jannie and me were shopping in Eindhoven and then we saw something very strange/funny and I just had to make a picture of it.. Two girls were holding a sign which said: Free Hugs!
Forgive me for the “low res” photo, I made it with my HTC P4350 and not my regular camera!
So.. Free Hugs anyone!?

Yes! We finally found some time to focus on our summer holiday yesterday! We had 5 different countries in mind: Turkey, Cyprus, Italy, Portugal & Egypt. Off course we had some demands… we wanted to have the same comfort as our last holiday, a place where you can relax, a place with not that much kids, not that crowded, a place where you can see a lot of things. No, not museums, but the nature!
So yesterday we headed to the travel agency called D-Reizen and explained what we wanted. After a while it became clearly that Portugal, Italy… Continue reading here »»

Yesterday me and Jannie went to Rotterdam, the second biggest city in Holland. We wanted to go and have a fun and relax day and meanwhile doing a little bit of shopping. So we took the train of 12 o’clock with our destination: Rotterdam. The “journey” to Rotterdam took about an hour. When we arrived in Rotterdam, it was raining real hard and guess what we had forgotten?! Yes, an umbrella! So one of the first thing we bought was an umbrella!
Some time ago we were also in Rotterdam but didn’t had that much time to explore the… Continue reading here »»
