Almost a year ago I wrote a post called: “PDF to DOC Convertor“. The post was about  a small tool which allows you to convert any pdf file to a Microsoft word document, .doc file. This tool extracts text, images and shapes from the PDF file to doc file and lets you keep the layout. This tool did his job very good but some days ago Richard from  PDFtoWord.com left a comment saying:
You might like to check out our free PDF-to-Word service too — http://www.pdftoword.com. You do it all via …

Not so long ago I wrote a post called: “Foxmarks Bookmark Synchronizer“. Well, make that almost a year ago. Anyway, I’ve used Foxmarks ever since and I really have to say: I can’t live without it! There are just too many times that I’m at work, searching for something which I already had bookmarked at home. In this kind of situation I just log in to my.foxmarks.com and can simply access my bookmarks. Briliant isn’t it?

We all have a lot of bookmarks. We bookmark everything which we find valuable and/or which we want to visit again because we liked the website or need the information again.
In the most cases you give it a obviously name and save the bookmark, not knowing that you have saved the same link long time ago under another name.
This can be confusing, so what can you do about it? You can check the links one by one but that’s going to take a lot of time, right? But what if there …

Imagine this: you’re searching for some information on Google. As you know Google also shows PDF documents in the search results and you click on one of those links. This means that your browser automatically will open the pdf file. Personally I don’t like that. I want to be prompted before the browser opens the pdf file and having the choice to open the pdf file or download the file.
Well, if you would like to be prompted before FireFox opens a pdf file then you really should use PDF Download, …

When setting up a new wordpress blog, most people pay more attention to the design of there blog; Editing the CSS file, thinking about how to arrange the sidebar, placing adsense codes on the blog, signing for a Feedburner account and placing the Feedcount somewhere in the sidebar along with a RSS icon.
However people seem to forget to update the feed links in the header section of the blog. The feed link in the header section is used by the autodiscovery feature on most browsers such as Firefox and Internet …

Today I came across a very funny add-on for FireFox called Colorful Tabs. Well, Like the names already assumes, it colors every FireFox tabs in a different color and makes them easy to distinguish! See a screenshot of my FireFox tabs here below.
